A modern prefabricated frame house near Wadowice – we have started assembly in the picturesque Małopolska region

Another UNIHAUS project is taking shape! We have begun assembly of a modern prefabricated frame house, built according to our clients' individual design.

This time we are building in an extremely charming area near Wadowice, in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship – amidst green hills, forests and beautiful views that perfectly fit the character of a wooden house.

The investors opted for prefabricated frame house technology, which significantly accelerates the construction process and ensures very high precision in the execution of structural elements. All walls were prepared in advance at our production facility, ensuring efficient and rapid assembly on site.

The project includes the construction of the house up to the Shell Plus stage, including the installation of the structure, roofing, and window and door joinery. This allows investors to reach a very advanced stage of construction in a relatively short time.

The house is being built according to a custom design, tailored to the owners' needs and lifestyle. The building's footprint measures 10.4 m x 7.7 m. One of the most distinctive elements of this project will be the wooden facade in its original red color, which attracts attention from the very construction stage and gives the building a unique character.

Timber prefabrication technology not only shortens project implementation time but also achieves excellent build quality and high energy efficiency parameters.
