Z273 is a compact single-story house with a simple form covered by a hipped roof. The house is entered via an entrance arcade. The hallway offers space for a spacious wardrobe. Further on, you can access the formal area to the left or the family's private zone to the right. The living area comprises a comfortable living room with a dining area, large windows, and access to a covered terrace. A well-arranged, convenient kitchen completes the overall design. The other half of the house features three similarly sized bedrooms. Two bathrooms enhance the comfort of use. The large bathroom has a window, while the smaller one can be converted into a walk-in closet, pantry, or handy storage space if needed.
