• Entrance doors made of spruce wood according to the sample, painted in the selected color,
• Roof structure - rafters, purlins, collar beams, vapor-permeable foil, counter batten, batten, metal roofing tiles.
  On the roof elements protruding beyond the outline of the external walls - soffit board.
  PVC gutters in a color similar to the color of the roof.
• Triple-glazed wooden roof windows + flange according to the design,
• Assembly of the entire structure (up to 100km),
• Installation of roofing and gutters,
• Installation of window and door joinery.

On the Investor/Ordering Party side:

• Construction design and adaptation to the plot,
• Reporting construction or obtaining a building permit,
• Hiring or taking over the position of construction manager and establishing a construction log,
• Preparation of the foundation slab or foundation footings in accordance with the design,
• All installations
• Insulation and closing of walls, ceiling and roof,
• Sanding and painting of logs, soffits and facade boards,
• Making external connections,
• Organization/covering the costs of transporting materials, HDS and accommodation for the assembly team.
